Join all your Sno-jets friends at our annual Holiday Party and welcome in the
23/24 Ski Season in style!
We have reserved the downstairs dining area.
To ease the burden on the kitchen staff we are limited to four items on the
dinner menu. In exchange, Edelweiss is allowing us to run separate checks. The
choices are:
? Hungarian Goulash: A hearty beef & pork goulash served with house
spatzle, fried onions and fresh vegetables.
? Hähnchen Normandy: Two chicken breasts sautéed with onions and apples,
topped with a piquant brandy cream sauce, house spatzle and fresh
vegetables.
? Jägerschnitzel: Pork cutlet, breaded and served in a rich mushroom hunter
sauce, with house spatzle and fresh vegetables
? Maultaschen: A Swabian style pasta pocket filled with a delicious mixture of
meats and vegetables topped with melted Swiss cheese, curry ketchup, fried
onions and a side of fresh vegetables.
You can decide at the restaurant which meal to select. Advance selection is not
required.
*If you have a special dietary need, you can pick anything on the
menu.
Registration on the club’s website is very important.
We must give Edelweiss a headcount by November 25th.
