Join us in Crested Butte for 2 or 3-night trip in March.  We’ll be staying at Elevation Lodge Hotel and Spa - a 4 Star/4 Diamond, Ski in, Ski out resort!


Lodging Accommodations:

All 486sq ft guest rooms feature resort kitchenettes with granite counter tops, a microwave, small refrigerator, toaster, coffeemaker, and all basic cookware/dishes required to cook in and entertain guests.  Each room also has LCD flat panel televisions, balconies, overhead fans, humidifiers, and plush bedding.  We have reserved rooms with either 1 King bed or 2 Queen beds and 1 bathroom.

- Fitness center

- Free shuttle everywhere in Crested Butte

- Reduced parking fee - $10 per night

Cost: 

2 nights - shared room - $243 per person
2 nights - own room - $486 per person
3 nights - shared room - $351 per person
3 nights - own room - $702 per person

2-night option will check in Friday, 3-night option will check in Thursday. Additional nights can be requested for up to 3 days prior and 3 days after trip dates of Mar 3-Mar 6, which must be consecutive and are subject to availability. Pricing and availability will be verified before you are charged for extra nights.
Cost includes complimentary one hour Happy Hour with appetizers provided by Hotel.

This trip is on a first-come, first-serve basis and room availability may not be guaranteed unless enough people signup to fill a particular room type. Once rooms reserved are filled, a wait list will be opened. Once there are enough people on a wait list to fill a room, we will see if an addition room(s) can be added. If the rooms are available, you will receive an email notifying you that you may sign up for the trip within the time limit set within the email. If rooms are not filled to capacity, you could be asked to change room types and your fee would change (up/down) accordingly. If there are cancellations, people on the wait list will be contacted based on the date they got on the wait list and the room type they need. Up to 3 days prior and 3 days after may be added to your trip based on availability.
