Cog Railway to New Summit House

Ride the Cog Railway to visit the brand new Summit House on top of Pikes Peak on Sunday September 26th.  We'll be hopping on the 10:40 train to the top (COG folks changed our reservation to 10:00), we'll get approx. 40 minutes to tour the new summit house, then head back down. 

You'll need to purchase your own tickets from https://www.cograilway.com/ride/purchase-tickets/.  I recommend trying to get in the first train car with a seat on the left side.  Purchase the Reserved Admission Ticket to choose your own seat - cost is $68 or a General Admission ticket - cost is $58 (but you don't get to choose your seat).  There is a small $3.40 "Amusement" tax added to each ticket as well. 

Tickets are non-refundable but this is a prime leaf peeping date so don't delay or seats may go fast.  Feel free to bring family or friends along if you'd like.  Please register here after purchasing your tickets so we know who all is going.  I will copy/paste all recommendations I can find for the trip and send it via email to all those signed up a few days prior to the trip.  We will meet at the Cog Depot, between 10-30 min before our departure time.  Do not arrive earlier than 30 minutes.
