This trip is on a first-come, first-serve basis and room availability may not be guaranteed unless enough people signup to fill a particular room type. Once rooms reserved are filled, a wait list will be opened. Once there are enough people on a wait list to fill a room, we will see if an addition room(s) can be added. If the rooms are available, you will receive an email notifying you that you may sign up for the trip within the time limit set within the email. If rooms are not filled to capacity, you could be asked to change room types and your fee would change (up/down) accordingly. If there are cancellations, people on the wait list will be contracted based on the date they got on the wait list and the room type they need.
